Licensee agrees if there is redevelopment on said premises, then Licensee will vacate said premises immediately without any hindrances and objection.

Licensee agrees that at time of vacation of said premises, Licensor shall refund the security deposit against the Keys and forthwith hold a sum of Rs.10,000/- which shall be refunded within 30 days, subject to clearance of all outgoings, dues, etc.

Licensee will stay with his / her family members and shall not create any nuissance during stay and if found creating nuissance Licensor shall get the said premises vacated within weeks time.

The Licensee agrees to use  said premises for ______ purposes only. The Licensee agrees that he will neither store any hazardous materials nor do any illegal activities and also agrees to apply for all business related licenses after the written permission from the Licensor and shall indemnify the Licensor for any liability arising out of his business during the course of its stay. The Licensee will discharge all his direct and indirect taxes, gst liabilities on their own.

Licensee further agrees that day to day minor repairs in respect of said premises shall be borne by Licensee at his own cost and shall not demand any reimbursement from licensor and also agrees that will return the possession of said premises in neat, repainted and good condition normal wear and tear expected. If any major damages, Charges towards the same shall be recovered from the Security Deposit.

If any monthly rent cheque bounces or any delay in monthly rent payment for 2 consecutive months, then Licensor will terminate the agreement and get premises vacated immediately. Any delay in handing over vacant possession upon expiry or earlier termination, Licensor will charge a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day in addition to monthly rent.

Licensee agrees to pay Electricity, Gas, Telephone, Cable, Internet Bills and other personal outgoings at actuals at his own cost and shall submit paid bills to Licensor. Parking charges to be borne extra at actuals.

After completion of lock-in period, Both the parties shall have an option to terminate the agreement by giving 2 months written notice by the intending party to the other party.

The Licensee agrees to pay the brokerage to the respective broker upon renewal of this agreement.

The Licensee agrees that he shall not take any GST Registration on Said rented Premises address.

The Licensee agrees that he shall not take any loan nor shall make any Govt. Id cards such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Election Card, License, etc. on said rented Premises.

The above mentioned non-refundable deposit is towards advance rent for the first term of this agreement.

It is agreed that the Licensee will peacefully vacate and hand over the said Premises immediately on expiry/cancellation of this agreement in the same neat and clean condition in which it was given, if any damages found then damage charges will be deducted from licensee refundable security deposit. 2. Licensee will never default rent, if  happens Continues for 2 month then he agrees to vacate the said premises Without Notice. 3. Licensee always follow the society rules and regulations, if violation of society rules done, then he agrees to vacant the premises immediately without any notice. . 4. Licensee agrees to pay regularly electric , Gas bills and Parking Charges and give receipt to owner. 5.It Is agreed by both parties that either party can terminate the agreement by giving one month notice in writing and also agreed by licensee that they shall pay one month rent as a brokerage to concern broker for every eleven month. 6. Licensee can not obtain GST Number on this address
